Cream Cheese Burgers, etc.


We made the most *delicious* burgers tonight! I had these when I visited St. Louis, and came home and told Scott we HAD to try these... and they were just as good at home. The directions are simple, a 1/4 lb of burger (do I even have to tell you we used turkey burger?), grill 'em, and instead of cheese use cream cheese. We recommend it with wheat buns and tomato.


And we had Scott's homemade beer too... which was actually really good and tastes like real beer. He's already starting on a red beer (it's fermenting in the guest bathroom - in the keg).


And, here's a picture of our romantic Valentine's Day! Super cheap but soo yummy. And we love Chianti now, which is the wine we're gonna drink a ton of in Italy.
